Carolyn is an employment law and dispute resolution expert. She has substantial experience as a litigation lawyer and has a special interest in alternative dispute resolution.
Carolyn will work with you to keep you out of court where possible and will provide clear advice as to your options and suggested resolutions.
Carolyn is associated with Refugee Services (Aotearoa) NZ (Settlement Support) and is on the Board of Trustees of Tawa College.
Experience
Carolyn has extensive experience in all areas of employment law. She regularly represents clients in employment disputes, at mediations and before disciplinary tribunals, the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court. She also conducts litigation in the District and High Courts in other areas such as property disputes, commercial and civil matters and debt recovery.
